By accessing or using WeedShelf (“the Service”), operated by WeedShelf (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial users, subscribers, and administrators.

Service Description

WeedShelf is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service platform that provides cannabis brand intelligence, including market data, inventory tracking, competitive analysis, reorder gap detection, and AI-powered insights. The Service is designed for licensed cannabis brands and industry professionals. WeedShelf does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis products.

Account & Eligibility

• •You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service.
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• •Accounts may require admin approval before access is granted.

Subscription & Billing

• •Plans: We offer tiered subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
• •Free trials: Trial access is limited to 7 days with restricted features including daily query limits and redacted competitor data.
• •Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Charges are processed automatically via Authorize.net.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data or insights provided by WeedShelf
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or data sources
• •Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• •Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, analytics, algorithms, and software — are owned by WeedShelf and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. Data and insights generated for your brand are licensed to you for your use during the subscription period.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

• •The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• •Market data and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party dispensary data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeedShelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of WeedShelf after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
